岗位职责：
1. 统筹集团法务事务管理，包括但不限于合同审核、合规培训及重大法律纠纷协调处置，主导重大商务谈判、投融资、并购重组、战略合作等项目的法律支持；
2. 负责知识产权保护，管理公司商标、著作权、专利等知识产权的申请、维护与维权工作；针对盗版、侵权等行为制定应对策略，维护公司品牌与内容资产权益；
3. 牵头搭建集团全面风险管理制度体系，结合业务特性及文化产业政策，进行动态跟踪与预警；制定应急预案，及时响应突发法律事件；
4. 统筹合规与内控建设，制定并完善公司合规管理制度，确保公司在业务、广告、数据安全、环保、劳动用工等领域的合规运营；
5. 争议解决与外部协调，统筹处理公司涉及的诉讼、仲裁、调解等法律纠纷；管理外部律师资源，评估服务质量与成本效益；代表公司与司法机关、行政机关、行业协会等保持良好沟通；
6. 搭建并管理法务风控团队，协同各业务部门及股东方，落实风控合规要求。
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，法学、风控等相关专业，通过国家统一法律职业资格考试，有知识产权法相关专业背景优先考虑；
2. 10年以上相关工作经验，能独立搭建法务风控体系，熟悉知识产权全流程管理，尤其在著作权、版权运营、IP维权、合规审查方面有成熟实操经验。有文化传媒、出版印刷类企业法务风控管理经验者优先考虑；
3. 精通民法典、知识产权法、公司法、广告法、环保法规、数据安全及个人信息保护相关法律法规，熟悉印刷行业产业链、出版管理法规优先考虑；
4. 具备优秀的团队管理、合同起草与谈判能力、风险识别能力、危机处理能力及跨部门协作能力；
5. 有上市公司或集团化企业法务管理，熟悉ISO合规体系或ESG相关要求者优先。
