任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，心理学、社会学等背景（有市场研究、设计研究、数据挖掘、商业分析等背景可适当放宽），具有一定的统计分析能力；
2、熟练运用用研相关的工具和方法，如问卷、访谈、焦点小组、可用性测试、SPSS等；熟悉用户研究领域相关理论；
3、拥有敏锐的洞察、分析能力；有严谨治学的研究态度；良好的沟通能力、表达能力、时间管理能力；
4. 有印刷行业经验者优先。
