IT Project manager is responsible fplanning overseeing pharma SAP ERP projects to ensure that they are completed in a timely fashion within budget. This is a key role fthe success of projects requires interaction with a range of internal external stakeholders, sophisticated change management, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously.
Must-have:
The candidate should have at least 5-year IT project/program management skill in Multi-National Company with excellental written English.
Nice-to-have:
• Pharma industry knowledge, especially GSP/3rd party warehouse (logistic service provider) relevant experience
• SAP ERP knowledge (eg: SD, MM, QM, etc.), especially SD (Sales Distribution)
• Working experience in Johnson & Johnson
• PMI PMP/ACP certificate
MajResponsibilities
• Develop project charter, project plans aligning with stakeholders sign off
• Managing relationships with Business IT stakeholders
• Conduct design workshop requirements gathering sessions
• Conduct review meetings / scrum meetings with different IT workstreams
• Conduct IT Steering Committee meeting present project status
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule project costs by establishing proper change management process
• Project risk management
• Maintain RAID log capture risks, issues, actions, decisions raised discussed in the review meetings
• Follow up with action owners to ensure agreed actions are completed on time
• Engage right SMEs stakeholders to resolve issues
• Periodic regular project communication – newsletters, status updates
• Regular on project financials
• Regular of project status financial status in Enterprise PM tools
• Prepare required project related documentation, aligning with stakeholders fsign off
• Perform other related duties as assigned
