岗位职责：
1、产品规划：主导公司自研产品的规划和研发，负责从需求评审、方案设计、开发落地、测试上线到后期运维的全生命周期管理；制定项目排期，把控开发进度，及时解决项目风险与突发问题；
2. 技术开发：负责技术架构规划、优化与迭代，主导核心模块编码开发；制定团队统一的开发规范、代码审查标准，保障项目代码质量、系统稳定性与安全性；
3. 需求对接：作为技术端负责人，对接业务需求、评估技术可行性，结合零售行业特性，输出合理化技术方案；
4. 系统优化：负责自研产品的版本迭代；负责系统故障排查、BUG修复，保障稳定运行。
任职资格：
1、5年左右研发经验，本科及以上学历；
2、熟悉MySQL、Redis数据库，能够独立完成数据表设计、SQL编写、接口开发与优化；
3、能用通俗语言讲解技术问题，沟通化解业务需求变更、排期冲突、技术分歧等问题，兼顾业务体验与研发成本；
4、熟悉微服务架构、高并发处理及数据库优化，能够根据零售业务场景进行合理的技术选型。
