-负责/参与百度重点业务——综合智能办公/工作平台的核心系统之一的实时音视频系统的后端开发以及后端与端协同对接工作，包括但不限于：实时音视频会议（语音、视频、屏幕共享）、直播、互动白板、远程协助、会议文档、智能记录、智能会议助手等
-负责包括音视频会议系统在内的整个智能工作平台后端服务及架构的设计与实现，并持续优化，根据需求进行功能规划、概要设计、技术文档编写、编码及单元测试等。
-参与大型分布式架构设计和优化，负责后端模块及服务在可扩展、高可用、高并发、高性能、可运维等方向的技术改进和优化，参与音视频会议相关服务系统的建设、治理、云原生实现
-负责/参与技术调研、学习和探索，制定相关技术方向的规划，推进相关系统、功能和技术点的落地
任职资格
-3年以上研发工作经验，具有计算机，通信，电子，自动化相关领域专业本科及以上学历
-精通Java语言、精通Spring、Spring Boot、spring cloud等常见开发框架
-熟悉大型分布式系统的设计和应用，具有多线程、高并发的开发经验，熟悉缓存、消息中间件等
-熟练使用SQL，能够进行SQL优化，熟悉MySQL，常见NoSQL 和 MQ
-具备优秀的代码阅读能力和编码能力
-思维清晰缜密，工作细致耐心，有良好的沟通能力，善于分析和解决问题，有较强的团队协作精神和责任心
-具有高度的抽象设计能力，思路清晰，善于思考，能独立分析和解决问题，责任心强
-加分项：熟悉敏捷开发，对JVM有一定了解，具有丰富生产环境问题排查经验
