Baoyi Group Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as Baoyi Group), founded on September 16, 1991, formerly known as Zhejiang Huarong Group Co., Ltd., was upgraded to a national non-regional enterprise group on September 16, 2009 — Baoyi Group (registered capital of 1.28 billion yuan), and integrated to establish the national non-regional real estate enterprise group Baoyi Real Estate Group Co., Ltd., developing into a group enterprise with real estate development as its core, integrated with property management, trade circulation, and industrial investment.
Through the joint efforts of Baoyi people, Baoyi Group now has 35 subsidiary companies, 9 affiliated companies, and more than 1,500 employees. It has now formed a product and service system centered on Hangzhou, covering both within and outside the province, extending specialization, high quality, and products and services to all parts of the country, and has established good brand awareness and social reputation.
