岗位职责
1. 合同全流程管理：负责公司各类经营合同、合作协议、采购销售合同、服务合同等法律文书的起草、修订、审核、归档工作，排查合同中的法律风险，优化合同条款，规避经营隐患，保障公司合法权益；建立标准化合同模板体系，持续更新完善各类常用合同范本。
2. 诉讼仲裁事务处理：全权负责公司各类纠纷案件的处理，包括案件证据梳理、材料整理、案情分析、立案应诉、庭审出庭、调解谈判、判决执行等全流程工作；跟进案件进展，及时反馈案件动态，制定应对方案，降低公司损失。
3. 法律风险防控：梳理公司日常经营、业务开展、合作交易中的法律风险点，出具风险评估意见、法律意见书及合规建议；针对业务问题提供专业法律咨询，指导各部门合规开展工作，建立常态化风险防控机制。
4. 合规及资质管理：跟进行业相关法律法规更新，结合公司业务实际开展合规自查与整改；负责公司工商、知识产权、规章制度等法律相关资料的合规审核与维护，完善公司内部管理制度，确保公司经营合法合规。
5. 外部法务对接：对接律所、司法机关、仲裁机构等外部单位，统筹外部律师合作事宜，配合完成各类法务专项工作；整理汇总法务工作台账，定期输出法务工作总结及风险报告。
任职要求：
1. 专业资质：法学本科及以上学历，持有法律职业资格证（A证）优先考虑，具备扎实的民商法、合同法、公司法等专业法律知识。
2. 工作经验：1-3年企业法务或律师事务所执业经验，熟悉企业合同审核、纠纷诉讼、合规管理全流程；有独立出庭、处理各类民商事案件及合同风控工作经验者优先。
3. 核心能力：具备优秀的法律文书写作能力，可独立高效完成各类合同起草、审核、修订工作；逻辑思维清晰，风险研判能力强，能够精准识别经营及案件法律风险；熟悉诉讼、仲裁全流程流程，可独立承办庭审及案件跟进工作。
4. 综合素质：具备良好的沟通谈判、问题解决及统筹协调能力，工作严谨细致、责任心强，具备较强的抗压能力和职业操守；熟悉企业经营管理模式，能快速适配公司业务场景。
