4. Closely work with share sales team distributors to develop potential clients projects.

5. Provide technical support product training to share sales team distributors.
为销售团队和经销商提供技术支持和产品培训
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within group to deliver demonstrate technical solutions to customers.
与集团内多个职能部门团队合作，为终端客户提供并讲解技术方案
7. Build maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs ensuring customer satisfaction.

8. Identify opportunities of product differentiation new product direction from customers competitors to support company product optimization innovation.

Requirement要求:
1. At least 5 years relative working experience.
至少5年相关工作经验
2. Bachelor’s degree with majin electronics mechatronical engineering field.
本科，电子或者机械电子工程相关专业
3. Open minded, outgoing honest personality.
思维活跃，性格外向并且诚实守信
4. Familiar with design-in purchasing processes ofiginal equipment manufacture in connectmarket.
熟悉连接器行业，设备制造原厂的设计导入流程和采购流程
4. Have broad knowledge understanding with segments like railway, automation, medical, agriculture, machine manufacture.
在诸如轨道交通设备，自动化设备，医疗设备，农业机械等领域，拥有广泛的知识和理解
6. Hands-on, highly self-motivated, team player.
具有实操能力，高度自驱力，团队合作能力
7. Proven track record of creating new business growing sales is a necessary.

8. Willing to travel spend time with customers fbusiness.
