1. Responsible fthe sales performance, company profit, payment collection achieve the assigned sales targets.

2. New customers development maximize the business from existing customers. In addition, provide reliable sales forecast to company.
开发新客户并且对现有客户进行业务化拓展，并向公司提供可靠的销售预测。
3. Visiting customer regularly digging out the real demands
定期拜访客户并挖掘出客户的真实需求
4. Study analyse market dynamics customer behaviour then give the sufficient report to refine sales strategies.
学习并分析市场动态和客户行为，进而为公司销售策略的改进提供充分的报告
5. Closely work with share sales team distributors to develop potential clients projects.
与集团内共享销售团队和经销商保持紧密合作，开发潜在的客户和项目
6. Provide technical support product training to share sales team distributors.
为销售团队和经销商提供技术支持和产品培训
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within group to deliver demonstrate technical solutions to customers.
与集团内多个职能部门团队合作，为终端客户提供并讲解技术方案
8. Identify opportunities of product differentiation new product direction from customers competitors to support company product optimization innovation.
通过客户或者竞争对手，识别出产品差异化和新产品方向的机遇，从而为公司产品的优化和创新提供支持
9. Regular report the progress of customers development projects status.
定期汇报客户开发进展和项目状态
10. Other tasks assigned from supervisor.

Requirement要求:
1. At least 3 years relative working experience.
至少3年相关工作经验
2. Bachelor’s degree with majin electronics mechatronical engineering field.
本科，电子或者机械电子工程相关专业
3. Strong self-driven, Open minded, outgoing honest personality.
具备很强的自驱力，思维活跃，性格外向并且诚实守信
4. Hands-on, highly self-motivated, team player.
具有实操能力，高度自驱力，团队合作能力
5. Having the passion ability of developing new customer.
具备新客户开发的能力和激情
6. Professional presence, including excellent verbal written communication presentation skills.
专业性包括良好的口头和书面沟通能力和演讲能力
7. Strong computer skills, proficiency with MS Word, Excel PPT
熟练使用电脑各项技能，熟练使用微软Word, Excel和PPT等工具
8. Skilled English reading writing, skilledal English will be a plus.
英语要能熟练的读写和口头表达
