【工作内容】
1、负责半导体产品技术支持，解决客户在选型、应用及测试环节遇到的技术难题；根据客户应用推荐我司各大产品线竞争力产品，配合客户完成软硬件设计和沟通解决客户遇到的问题。根据我司的细分领域的应用，分析有竞争力的产品，进行主导推动。
2、主导新产品导入（NPI）阶段的技术评估，完成样品测试验证并输出详细分析报告；
3、协助销售团队进行市场拓展，提供专业技术方案宣讲及竞品对比分析支持；
4、收集并反馈现场失效案例，协同研发部门优化产品设计以提升产品可靠性；
5、维护客户关系，定期回访重点客户，建立长期稳定的技术合作与服务机制。

【任职要求】
1、电子工程、微电子或相关专业本科及以上学历，具备扎实的模拟/数字电路基础；
2、熟悉主流半导体元器件特性，有IC分销商或原厂FAE岗位经验者优先考虑；有MCU开发技术者或蓝牙开发技术者或者NFC开发技术者优先考虑。
3、能熟练阅读英文Datasheet，具备优秀的英语读写能力，可无障碍进行技术交流；
4、拥有良好的逻辑思维与问题解决能力，能适应短期出差及跨部门高效协作；
5、性格沉稳抗压，服务意识强，对电子元器件行业充满热情且认同公司文化。
