1、根据公司发展战略和经营计划，制定人力资源战略规划和年度人力资源计划；
2、建立和完善人力资源管理体系，制订并组织实施人力资源管理制度（包含规划、招聘、培训、绩效、薪酬及员工关系、企业文化等）；
3、负责为公司招聘优秀合适的各类人才（公司筹建期重点工作），完善公司人才储备和梯队建设；
4、负责公司整体企业文化建设、推动公司理念及企业文化的形成、落地；
5、负责员工关系管理，建立稳定的留人机制及和谐的劳动关系等；
6、全面负责公司人力行政部门日常工作及部门员工的管理、指导、培训及评估。

岗位要求
1、有1000人以上公司规模的人力资源管理经验；
2、有从无到有搭建人力资源体系框架和实施经验，熟悉人力资源管理各模块的工作流程和业务知识，具备较强的实际操作能力；
3、精通国家相关劳动人事政策，熟悉现代企业人力资源管理实务；
4、系统性思维能力、抗压能力强，擅于沟通与协调，良好的口头、文字表达能力，有培养下属的能力。
