岗位职责：
Responsibility:
1. 能带领团队完成产品研发过程中的硬件电路设计、参数计算、原理图设计、PCB布局；
Lead the team to complete hardware circuit design, parameter calculation, schematic design, PCB layout during the product development process；
2. 能带领团队完成样机测试，发现具体的技术问题，完成问题的根因分析，提出解决方案并验证其结果； Lead the team to complete PSU testing, identify specific technical issues, find out the root cause, propose the corresponding solutions verify the results;
3. 与不同部门沟通协调各项工作/任务，以确保项目各个阶段任务的顺利完成；
Cooperate/communicate with different departments frelated jobs to ensure the project’s jobs complement in schedule.
4. 带领团队按时完成工程需要的文档，包含物料清单(BOM),电路和测试报告等；
Lead the team to complete the necessary documents fthe project on time, including Bill of Materials (BOM), circuit test reports, etc.;
5. 激励并指导团队成员完成安排的项目需要的各项工作；
Motivate guide team members to complete all the tasks needed fthe project.

岗位要求：
Requirement:
1. 电子、电气、自动化或相关工程专业毕业（本科或以上优先）；专业课和数学成绩良好；
Graduated from Electronics, Electrical, Automation Related Engineering majors (Bacheldegree above is preferred); Good at professional courses mathematics;
2. 8年以上电源设计工作经验;
More than 8 years’ working experience in power supply design
3. 有DSP相关经验，良好的C语言，汇编语言能力者优先；
People with DSP experience, good at C language, assembly language are preferred;
4. 良好的沟通能力和自驱能力；
Good communication skills self-motivation ability;
5. 英语读写能力良好；
Be good at English reading writing.
