2、OceanBase数据库日常运维：包括高可用架构的安装部署，日常巡检、慢日志分析、备份策略，具备丰富的故障处理经验；
3、性能监控及代码调优：配合开发人员解决疑难问题，并对相关SQL进行优化调校及改写；
4、应急响应：提前指定相应的应急预案，能在故障发生时及时安装预案处理；
5、容灾演练：根据已制定好的容灾切换方案，定期进行容灾演练；
6、数据库培训：制定培训计划，对数据库开发人员进行相关数据库技能培训及新版本新特性的功能普及。
任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机及相关专业，具备至少3年以上专业大型数据库管理工作经验；
2、熟悉OceanBase数据库体系结构和工作原理，具备丰富的故障处理经验；
3、熟悉OceanBase应用运行体系以及高可用方案涉及规划；
4、精通DBA工作包括日常维护、备份及恢复、系统安装和补丁应用；
5、精通 SQL 语言，掌握 SQL调优方法，熟悉Linux/Unix；
6、能够熟练运用linux命令，有一定的脚本语言编程能力，熟悉Shell或Python脚本提高运维自动化；
7、具有金融行业分布式数据库实战经验者优先；
8、善于沟通，应变能力，抗压能力，有较强的学习能力，工作认真踏实，责任心强，能承担较大的工作压力。
