1. 制造类企业机修工作5年以上，有自动化设备维修经验；
2. 为人正直，踏实肯干，有较强的责任心；
3. 有较强的故障分析能力，指导\带领机修工故障抢修，
4. 熟悉液压气动原理，熟悉“精益生产管理”，扎实的钳工基本工；
5. 上班交通方便，能适应假期保养工作安排；
6. 可以简单的机制绘图，有CAD技能和经验的优先考虑；
7. 熟练使用Office 办公软件。
