岗位职责
 协助搭建与运维海内外供应商资源体系，保障 PCBA 及电子元器件全链路供货，覆盖新品导入、试样验证与批量量产各阶段。
 深度对接核心供应商，在采购经理统筹下落地寻源落地、成本管控方案，支撑存量产品迭代与新项目开发。
 面向研发、工程等内部部门提供元器件技术采购支持，包含可制造性分析、物料比价测算、供应商准入规范及来料品质协同工作。
 全权对接供应商全流程询报价（RFI/RFP/RFQ）业务，联动内部各部门推进经济型物料替代，规避元器件停产淘汰风险。
 定期赴供方现场实地稽核，评估厂商运营能力、财务状况与产能储备，形成评审报告，协助上级完成新项目及长期量产合同立项审批。
 严控采购开支，确保费用贴合项目预算，出现预算异动及时上报并配套优化建议。
 汇总合同评审、成本复盘、降本方案及供应链异常相关资料，协助上级编制汇报材料。
 协同跨部门敲定新品导入、量产阶段采购需求标准。
 跟进供应商设备、原材料筹备进度，保障样品试制、产能爬坡与大批量生产按期交付。
任职要求
 本科及以上学历，6-8 年 PCB、PCBA、电子元器件相关技术采购、成本管控、寻源或物料计划实操经验。
 具备独立供应商开发、议价及商务合同谈判实操经验。
 主动性强，能够快速适配母婴行业节奏快、市场多变的工作环境。
 恪守职业操守，可高效处置各类紧急供货事项。
 可配合供应商实地出差，项目紧急阶段按需非工作时间对接海外供应商。
