岗位职责：
1、参与企业级系统的需求分析、系统设计与核心功能开发；
2、负责基于 Spring Boot、Spring Cloud 等技术体系的后端服务开发；
3、参与 OLAP 数据处理系统的设计与性能调优；
4、负责接口开发、数据库设计与优化、业务逻辑实现；
5、参与 DevOps 环境下基于 Docker 的容器化部署；
6、协助团队完成 To B 产品的技术优化与模块迭代；
7、与前端工程师协作，配合完成 Vue2/Vue3 + Element UI 的前后端联调。
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3-5年及以上 Java 后端开发经验；
2、有银行、担保、小贷、保理等金融行业系统相关开发经验优先考虑；
3、熟练掌握 Java 基础及 JDK 17 特性，具有良好的编码习惯与性能优化经验。
工作时间：8：30-17：30，午休2H，周末双休，国家法定节假日休息；
薪资：试用期1-3个月，优秀可提前转正，综合薪资10-13.5K+/月，具体可根据个人能力面议；
