岗位职责
1，负责储能、动力等电池包性能测试工作，确保测试结果的准确性和可靠性。
2，参与电池包性能测试方案的制定和执行。
3，与团队合作，对产品制程中的测试异常分析和测试数据的整理，定位问题根因并提出改善与预防措施。
4，熟悉锂电池测试标准（如GB/T、VDA），确保测试过程符合规范。
5，分析制程中的测试失效模式，参与优化工艺参数，以提升良率和生产效率。
6，新产品导入（NPI）阶段，配合研发完成产品测试设置、验证、数据确认与分析，并输出测试结果。
7，输出测试工装方案、请购、验证及验收，并编制相关测试作业指引。
8，完成上级临时指派和交办的其他工作。

招聘要求:
一、教育背景:
大专以上学历。

二、技能要求:
1，具备较强的分析和解决问题的能力，能够快速定位制造过程中的测试异常问题。
2，具备电池包性能测试相关经验，熟悉测试流程与方法。
3，熟悉锂电池及储能产品参数指标、工作原理，能熟练操作相关系统测试设备。
4，熟练掌握常用office办公软件及Auto CAD。
5，了解ISO质量管理体系。

三、工作经验:
1，2年以上电池pack产品测试工程师岗位经验；
2，熟悉pack产品工艺与验证流程（具备电子原理知识者优先）。

四、工作态度:
1，工作积极主动，责任心强，勇于担当，具备良好的沟通能力及团队协助精神。
2，具有高度的安全意识和责任感，工作踏实，思路清晰。
3，具备良好的团队合作意识，能与团队成员高效协作。
4，拥有良好的敬业精神与职业道德操守。
