Key Role岗位职责
1. 熟悉安全、健康国家法规及合规义务，日常进行新的合规义务辨识，日常监督实施前情况；
2. 带领生产团队进行危险源辨识及回顾，制定控制措施；
3. 熟悉制造类企业的常见隐患类型，组织工厂计划性、专项隐患排查活动，针对高风险隐患制定风险管控方案，跟踪改善的有效落实；
4. 确保工人员的操作行为符合公司安全要求；
5. 负责工厂施工证、许可作业签发及施工监督；
6. 根据岗位风险及需求，定期更新回顾岗位个人劳保用品矩阵，筛选、采购新的劳保用品需求；
7. 针对新员工及老员工开展专业性的入职、厂级培训，编制、完善培训材料；
8. 有效检测员工及作业现场的职业健康水平，跟踪处理异常情况，落实相关暴露控制措施，确保人员的职业健康；
9. 协调EHS体系在工厂的有效实施，定期回顾更新EHS管理程序，并跟踪和检查体系在工厂的落实情况；
10. 负责工厂的消防&安保系统的维护保养及升级改造，工厂保安的运营管理；
11. 制定、完善安全生产制度、完善应急预案，组织预案、现场处置方案计划性演练；
12. 对接应急局等政府部门事宜；
13. 其他主管安排的事宜。

岗位要求
1. 本科及以上学历，环境、安全、工程管理类相关专业。
2. 3年及以上企业EHS相关工作经验。
3. 熟悉EHS风险评估方法以及EHS法规和标准。
4. 注册安全工程师优先。
5. 英语四级及以上，具备良好的英语读写和沟通能力。
