Main Objective:
1 Enhance brawareness desirability through own social content management (Weibo/Wechat/Red/Tiktok)
2. Lead the social strategy landing to ensure an effective, efficient, innovative digital & social plan that fulfil different campaign objectives.
3. Optimize digital eco-system to support brsustainable growth omni channel business.

Main Responsibilities:
BrSocial platform Management
1) Define annual digital strategy fown media, creating relevant interesting content.
2) Lead retainer agency to plan execute monthly own platform calendar which align with cross function traffic needs. (EC & trade & CRM)

Digital & Social campaign, planning execution
1) Work with social listening agency to do regular tracking on social with concrete consumer insights.
2) Based on marketing campaign to develop digital eco-system strategy KOL plan with clear budget allocation & KPI setting.
3) Lead execute KOL always-on strategy landing online key activities.

Programmatic media management
1) Collaborate with PM team to work on Media plan, in charge of SEM/Feeds
2) Buzz monitoring crisis management across key digital platforms channels

Daily support teamwork
1) Support the daily work of line manager.
2) Keep regular report to the headquarters.

Qualification & Requirement:
1. Bacheldegree above
2. At least 6 years working experience in digital marketing/social media digital ecommerce position of beauty/fashion/FMCG field
3. Keep a close eye on digital trend willing to learn in digital marketing
