负责公司自研 SaaS 平台的后端架构设计与核心模块开发，包括多租户架构、权限体系、流程中心、消息中心、任务调度、数据分层等核心能力的设计与实现。
主导系统架构演进与技术选型，确保平台在性能、扩展性、稳定性和安全性方面的高标准。
制定并推动研发规范、代码规范、版本管理与CI/CD流程，构建标准化研发体系。
参与生产环境问题排查与性能调优，主导重大技术故障的定位与根因分析。
指导团队成员解决复杂的技术问题，推动团队整体研发效率和代码质量提升。
与产品经理、前端、运维及AI团队紧密协作，确保产品功能高质量落地与可持续演进。
任职要求：
本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程或相关专业，5年以上后端开发经验，3年以上架构设计或技术专家经验。
精通 Java / Spring Boot / Spring Cloud 技术栈，熟悉微服务架构、分布式系统设计、消息队列、缓存、数据库优化等核心技术。
熟悉 SaaS 平台架构模型，理解多租户设计、配置隔离、数据分层、租户生命周期管理等机制。
对研发流程规范化、自动化测试、代码质量控制有丰富实践经验，能够设计并推动落地高效的研发体系。
具备扎实的系统排障与性能调优能力，能够独立处理复杂生产问题。
具备良好的技术前瞻性与系统思维，能够平衡长期架构演进与短期业务交付。
加分项：
有 SaaS 平台建设或中台系统架构经验。
有 AI项目落地经验，熟悉AI模型服务化、任务调度、模型推理链路或AI中台体系。
有系统运维经验（如Kubernetes、Prometheus、SkyWalking、日志与监控体系建设）。
熟悉 DevOps / IaC / 自动化发布与环境管理。
有大型分布式系统或高并发场景架构经验。
