1、负责保险业务系统（承保、理赔）建设项目和新需求的后台开发、迭代更新；
2、根据设计文档或需求说明，完成模块详细设计和编码实现，实现系统功能并能解决开发中的重难点问题，编写代码注释和开发文档；
3、跟进和解决开发部署中各种系统架构问题；
4、协助测试工程师制定测试计划，定位测试发现的问题；
5、排查及解决生产问题；与内部用户沟通及提供解决方案；
6、进行技术攻关和前瞻性技术研究；
任职要求：
1、计算机或相近专业，大学本科及以上学历，5年-10年开发经验；
2、熟悉保险业务知识，有保险核心系统开发经验3年以上；
3、具备扎实的编程能力，熟悉java或golang等主流编程语言，对前端技术有一定了解，具备全栈开发能力者优先；
4、熟悉微服务架构的应用，熟悉常用分布式架构组件，熟悉java开发，熟悉springboot框架，了解VUE；
5、熟悉MySQL，MongoDB，redis，MQ、ES等组件，熟练编写SQL，具备数据库性能调优能力；
6. 有高并发的系统开发经验，千万级或亿级数据量以上的应用开发经验者优先；
7、性格开朗，责任心强，抗压能力强，逻辑思维清晰，有良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力；
8、对新技术持有敏感性以及愿意致力于新技术的探索和研究。
