1.负责在公司大数据平台上，处理数据采集、同步及存储、负责大数据应用方案的技术选型及架构实现
2.负责海量数据分析/查询、分布式存储、流式/实时计算等应用层核心代码实现及服务化封装
3.结合业务流程与日常分析场景，建立统一化的业务及财务数据仓库体系、指标分析体系，支撑业务日常分析，推动公司数据化转型
4.跟踪业务数据，监控数据波动和异常，定位异常原因，通过数据分析发现业务问题和机会点，并能提出有效的解决策略
任职要求：
1.统计、数学、计算机本科及以上学历，3年以上金融保险行业大数据开发工作经验
2.熟练掌握SQL，具备 SQL 优化技能，熟悉Hadoop/Hive/Spark/HBase/Flink/Presto等分布式计算存储组件中的任意一个优先
3.较强的业务理解力以及逻辑思考能力，良好的数据敏感度，较强的学习能力
4. 良好的跨部门沟通能力，能适应快速变化的业务环节，为人耐心细致，责任心强
