职位职责：
1、负责系统总体设计与核心代码开发：应用系统架构设计、开发框架搭建、开发规范制定、技术评审等
2、解决技术难点攻克以及技术设计方案的落地
3、技术团队管理和项目任务管控
任职要求：
1、计算机相关专业,有扎实的计算机基础知识和编程功底
2、10年以上Java开发经验，扎实的Java编程基础，熟悉常用设计模式、多线程、JVM，包括内存模型、类加载机制等
3、有丰富的系统架构设计经验，熟悉高性能、高并发、高可用性分布式系统设计，并能进行系统的调优和优化
4、熟悉底层中间件、分布式技术（包括缓存、消息系统、服务框架SOA等）
5、深入理解spring cloud相关微服务框架,熟练掌握微服务原理及运行机制
6、可以基于客户进行需求分解，底层设计以及任务排期，并管理项目实施进度
7、可接受公司安排进行短期出差
