Chervon's main institutions in mainland China include: Chervon (China) Trading Co., Ltd., Nanjing Devon Industrial Co., Ltd., Chervon R&D Center, Chervon (China) Tools Sales Co., Ltd., Nanjing Chervon Auto Precision Technology Co., Ltd., Chervon New Energy Power Machinery Co., Ltd., and Nanjing Boco Power Tools Co., Ltd., which is jointly invested by Chervon and Germany's Robert Bosch Group, a Fortune 500 company. Chervon has also established professional regional marketing centers and industrial design centers in major overseas markets such as North America and Europe, committed to providing customers with rapid and comprehensive demand response and high-quality service support.

Development History
Chervon's development began with international trade. Since 1993, Chervon has built an excellent reputation in the industry through sincere cooperation with customers and relentless pursuit of refined services, laying a solid foundation for its future development in the power tool industry. In 1997, Chervon began implementing an asset-heavy industrial layout, carefully building a testing and production platform. In 2006, the Devon Industrial Park was completed, gradually achieving high levels of vertical integration in manufacturing and consolidating the company's manufacturing capabilities.
To date, Chervon has established five major product lines: corded handheld power tools, cordless handheld power tools, bench-type power tools, garden power tools, and electronic/laser products, demonstrating outstanding capability to provide excellent solutions to the world's best customers.
In 2007, Chervon launched the industrial-grade power tool brand DEVON for the Chinese market, and in 2010 established Chervon (China) Tools Sales Co., Ltd. Upon its launch, DEVON tools quickly received industry recognition for their superior product quality and excellent customer service, rapidly becoming one of the top four power tool brands in China.
In June 2012, Nanjing Chervon Auto Precision Technology Co., Ltd. was established. Chervon Auto is dedicated to the design and manufacturing of high-precision parts processing, and has established close and stable cooperative relationships with Schaeffler, Valeo, Johnson Controls, and other top-tier automotive system suppliers.
On September 30, 2013, Chervon officially completed the acquisition of Flex Electric Tools GmbH, a German power tool brand with a century-long history. With the two high-end brands DEVON and Flex, supported by a strong international R&D, testing, manufacturing, and sales team, Chervon's global brand operation in the professional tool market is set to be even more promising.
In addition, the first phase of the Chervon New Energy Industrial Park, the R&D and manufacturing base for new energy power machinery, was topped out on February 6. As one of Nanjing's top ten industrial transformation and upgrading key investment projects for 2012/2013, Chervon New Energy Power Machinery Co., Ltd. has settled in Jiangning, aiming to create a globally advanced R&D and manufacturing base for new energy power machinery.
