3.了解Java性能调优和SQL调优，有良好的分析解决问题的能力。
4.掌握流行的开发框架：Spring、SpringMVC、Hibernate等。
5.熟悉Eclipse或者IDEA，git,maven,linux等常用命令。
6.熟悉SQLServer、MySQL、Oracle等一个以上常见的数据库。
7.有大型分布式、高并发、高负载、高可用性系统的设计开发经验者优先。
8.具有良好的文档读写能力和口头沟通能力，良好的团队合作精神。
