Job Description

Design develop robotic systems based on ROS 2, covering perception,
planning, execution pipelines.
Develop task motion integration modules, including high-level planning
low-level policy execution.
Integrate large models (LLMs / VLMs /VLAs) robotic systems f
decision-making, grounding, action generation.
Design reward functions, training curricula, evaluation protocols f
complex embodied tasks.
Debug, profile, optimize real-world simulated robotic systems to
improve stability, latency, success rate.



Qualifications

Strong programming skills in Python; solid software engineering practices
(modular design, debugging, version control) experience with deep learning
frameworks.
Hands-on experience with robotic systems using ROS ROS 2 (not limited to
tutorials; real project experience expected).
Solid understanding of core robotics concepts:
Coordinate frames transformations (TF)
Basic Kinematics, Statics, Dynamics Motion control
Experience in at least one of the following areas:
Robot perception (vision, detection, segmentation, VLMs)
SLAM / navigation / manipulation
Simulation environments such as MuJoCo, Isaac Gym, similar
Training RL policies fmanipulation tasks
3 days at office per week 6 months internship at least
