In this role, you will partner with regional stakeholders, business leaders, subject matter experts, global program teams to translate enterprise transformation strategies actionable regional plans. You will serve as a trusted advisadvocate fyour region, ensuring business objectives are successfully implemented while maintaining alignment with global standards priorities.
Successful candidates will combine strong project management expertise, exceptional communication skills, business process acumen in the pricing rebates domain, working in ambiguity, the ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups across geographies.

Business Group
This role is part of Intels Customer Incentive Governanceganization within Sales Management Group (SMG). This team is responsible frobust business processes, standards, execution, compliance transformation four customer incentive portfolio, specifically rebate incentives. Together, we focus on customer incentive simplification, efficiencies, compliance through intelligent operations transformation fIntels pricing rebate portfolio. Within the teams scope are operational elements of pricing rebates as well as participation in programs that drive define future pricing rebate methods efficiencies; we are central to how pricing rebates execute across all Regions Product Groups.
Key Responsibilities
As a Transformation Project Manager, your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
• Drive execution of regional transformation initiatives aligned to global program objectives, milestones, strategic roadmaps.
• Serve as the primary liaison between regional stakeholders global program teams, ensuring effective two-way communication alignment.
• Develop manage regional project plans, timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies.
• Build partnerships with business leaders functional teams to secure alignment, support, resources needed fsuccessful implementation.
• Facilitate forums, workshops, stakeholder engagement activities to gather feedback, identify opportunities, support continuous improvement.
• Lead regional readiness activities including change management, communications, training coordination, adoption planning.
• Support business process transformation efforts by documenting current-state future-state workflows identifying opportunities fstandardization efficiency.
• Monitreport regional performance metrics key success indicators, providing data-driven insights recommendations.
• Identify, manage, resolve project issues risks, escalating where appropriate to maintain program momentum.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) activities, ensuring business participation, adherence to timelines, timely issue resolution.
• Partner with technical business teams to evaluate enhancement opportunities prioritize business requirements.
• Lead deployment readiness reviews provide regional recommendations fproduction readiness go-live decisions.
• Promote best practices, continuous improvement, operational excellence across theganization.

Minimum Qualifications:
• 4+ years of business operational experience including pricing, finance functions, process engineering, compliance, and/program management 6+ years of experience including pricing, finance functions, process engineering, compliance, and/program management, in lieu of the degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience with Intels pricing rebate dynamics.
