岗位职责：
1、负责户用离网、并网储能逆变器、变流器、双向电源的控制算法的开发；确保产品研发周期、品质和交期，确保产品在市场上是有竞争力的；
2、对产品的硬件参数、器件规格进行建模，使用仿真软件完成对控制环路、元件参数的仿真、测试验证，确保软件质量；
3、负责开发过程软件相关文档编写；
4、协助查找、解决硬件、软件及系统应用相关问题；
5、负责相关产品前沿技术、行业动态和研究成果的收集、整理、吸收和推广应用；
6、在部门里提供技术评审支持，对初级工程师进行辅导；
7、参与对标分析，了解行业主要竞品性能和发展情况，协助部门达成KPI目标和项目目标；
8、兼顾研发团队建设和内部培训，确保团队技术水平、能力和效率的提升。
任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，电子、电气、控制相关专业；
2、具有嵌入式、ARM或DSP平台开发经验，有光伏逆变器、储能变流器、UPS、变频器产品控制软件开发经验，在开关电源、光伏储能等相关行业的开发岗位三年以上经验，多款产品投入市场化应用并且反馈优良；
3、熟悉模拟、数字、信号处理、功率转换等电路知识，对电源拓扑、LLC、PFC、逆变、双向电源的软件环路控制、参数设计有深入研究和调试经验；
4、熟悉AD等电路设计软件；
5、有电源产品建模经验、熟悉Psim/Saber/Pspice仿真软件使用，可以进行复杂电路的建模仿真；
6、熟悉工业控制现场、电机控制、CAN总线等应用；
7、对产品设计具有精益求精的精神，良好的团队合作精神和沟通协调能力。
