岗位职责：
1、根据公司发展战略，制定并分解年度EHS（环境、健康与安全）目标与计划，并推动落实；
2、制定、实施公司年度EHS培训计划，监督执行效果，并对员工进行相关的知识普及与能力提升；
3、全面负责公司消防安全管理工作，包括制度建立、日常巡查、隐患整改、应急演练及消防设施维护；
4、建立并维护公司EHS管理体系，确保符合国家及地方相关法律法规要求；
5、组织开展EHS风险评估、内部审核及管理评审，持续推动改进；
6、负责公司各类安全、环保、职业健康事件的调查、分析与处理，提出预防措施；
7、与政府相关部门保持良好沟通，确保相关许可、报告及检查工作的顺利进行。
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，安全工程、环境工程、化工、消防工程等相关专业优先；
2、具有3-5年制造型企业或相关行业EHS管理工作经验，熟悉EHS相关法律法规；
3、具备独立制定公司EHS目标、计划及培训体系的能力；
4、熟悉消防安全管理全流程，持有注册安全工程师或消防安全相关资格证书者优先；
5、具备良好的沟通协调能力、风险识别能力及应急处理能力；
6、工作严谨负责，具有团队合作精神，能承受一定的工作压力。
