As our new ME Engineer, you will be spearheading operational efficiency continuous improvement initiatives within our APU Pumps operations, turning manufacturing challenges measurable productivity gains. What you will be doing
As a key part of the Manufacturing Engineering team, youll impact by Driving productivity growth, OEE improvement, digital manufacturing transformation that directly strengthens Grundfoss operational performance competitive edge.
Your main responsibilities include:
Lead productivity OEE improvement initiatives through process optimization, waste reduction, continuous improvement methodologies
Identify implement cost reduction efficiency improvement projects that deliver measurable operational performance gains
Support automation industrialization projects, ensuring timely delivery sustainable business benefits
Drive digital manufacturing initiatives including MES deployment, production dashboards, data-driven decision making
Resolve production technical issues, improve process stability, reduce downtime, support capacity expansion

We would also imagine that you have:
Bachelors degree above in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, related fields
3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, production engineering, process engineering, continuous improvement
Proven experience in process optimization, productivity improvement, operational excellence
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, problem-solving tools, CI methodologies
