Summary
to provide timely bioinformatics/AI support contribute to decision making in drug projects.
Scope:
• Provide analyses of high-throughput/NGS data, such as RNA-seq, genomics, proteomics, biomarkers, CRISPR screen data etc.
• Provide analyses of genetic association, expression, pathway network.
• Contribute to initiation, assessment, implementation, troubleshooting, maintenance of bioinfo/AI algorithms, models workflows.
• Find integrate data from external (e.g. GEO, TCGA, DepMap) internal sources (including clinical biomarker data real-world data) to address biological questions.
• Provide analyses of literature competitinformation.
• Collaborate with the Bioinformatics AI team the project managers to define analytical tools analysis requirements.
requirement：
• PhDs degree (Master’s degree with at least 2-year working experience) in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, a related field.
• Extensive experience in bioinformatics, including omics data analysis, pathway analysis, biomarker discovery.
• Proficiency in developing applying AI models in bioinformatics contexts.
• Experience with drug discovery projects is highly preferred.
• Proficient programming skills in R/Python experience with the Unix/Linux environment are required.
• Knowledge in Immunology Oncology is desired; being able to communicate comfortably with biologists.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Fluent in English speaking writing.
