The Role

Lead manage supplier components transfer to PC Qingdao to support product transfer projects report on progress in project meetings.
Active support of new product developments process developments through representation of the supplier market (early involvement) with a focus on total product cost in new product developments (NPI).
Responsibility fmanaging commercial terms of supply implementing supply agreements of unique suppliers work together with commodity Sourcing Engineers fshared suppliers.
Negotiate with overseas suppliers to finalize commerical terms conditions, including price, payment term, lead time buffer stock setup.
Takes lead of local supplier development funique suppliers coordinate with commodity Sourcing Engineers flocalization activities.
Keep tracking of overseas supplier transfer localization progress in supporting product transfer projects. Provide project management supply engineering support fproduct transfer activities liaise with overseas technical project engineers.
Ensure that all production suppliers are capable of meeting site requirements with respect to material supply of good components to arrive on time in a responsive, consistent cost effective manner. Identify risks to supply develop implement plans implement policies to mitigate these risks.
Work with Sourcing Engineers to commodity supply strategy inder to deliver value to operations, technical the commercialisation process which drive down products costs maximise quality. (This may include renegotiation, value engineering, price quotation analysis, supplier development, supplier rationalisation, make vs. buy, outsourcing, strategic sourcing demmanagement.)
Provide close support to operations management fmaterial supply. This involves leading structured review meetings with flow team to identify problems apply the necessary corrective actions. Ensure that all materials services required production are procured within agreed parameters, quality, inventory levels delivery performance fall production suppliers in a timely efficient manner.

What we expect of you?
More than 3 years in sourcing supplier development under manufacturing environment
Fluent in both spoken written English
Knowledge of iron casting CNC machining is preferred.
Project management experience is preferer
