Your role
you will often be working with peers such as sourcing engineer, manufacture engineer, production team, planner, CSE, product manager tech leads managers as part of a wider group / team. Therefore, good written spoken communication interpersonal skills are essential.
Prepares compliance schemes fproducts/components ffit, form function so that the product operates effectively, reliably, safely.
Compile standard compliance reports carry out some of validation development tests. Progress compliance tasks as an integrated part of a project team, to ensure the completion to agreed timescales.
Develop execute test plans to ensure compliance work as expected. Ensure that product designs are developed in such a way that they can be tested reliably both at a component system level. Coordinate compliance activities to get third party certificate.
Mentprovide technical leadership to other engineers in specific compliance area. Take responsibilities fone’s own continuous learning development.
Track compliance schedule feach project. Work closely with project engineers fNPI projects legacy products to enhance customer satisfaction.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of various compliance requirements fproduct safety product lifecycle management. Provide awareness of regulatory standards techniques to achieve compliance, understthe techniques to deliver products that achieve the expected degree of safety, quality reliability.

To succeed, you will need
Bachelor’s degree level above in a relevant engineering science discipline, with preference to Mechanical Electrical Engineering
Min. 5 year‘s experience in systems engineering, electrical, mechatronics, process industry.
Work experience in the recognized 3rd-party certification body is a plus.
Knowledge of PSCL, risk management analysis, risk assessment, etc.
Understanding of various compliance, legislation industrial standards (SEMI S2, ATEX, NRTL, UL)
Good understanding of design release processes project management.
Experience working in a regulated, compliance-driven industry
Experience knowledge on key technologies essential in the design of mechanical electrical machinery
Ability to communicate across culture, with self-confidence interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English Chinese is required
An excellent level of project management
Good experience usage level of the key MS office packages, e.g MS Excel, Words, PowerPoint
FMEA other risk management tools techniques
Analytical modelling capabilities
Vacuum engineering knowledge semiconductrelated compliance experience is a plus.

要想成功，你需要
本科或以上学历，相关工程科学专业，机械或电气工程优先
5年以上系统工程、电气、机电、过程工业相关工作经验。
有在公认的第三方认证机构工作经验者优先。
了解PSCL，风险管理和分析，风险评估等。
了解各种合规性，立法和工业标准(SEMI S2, ATEX, NRTL, UL)
