Job Purpose
The position will provide hands on research development expertise in support of the business objective to manufacture sell unique specialized Lubricant Additives, Formulations, Base Stocks in the Company’s primary markets.
The job holder will work in a team environment with market managers, sales, manufacturing, procurement to ensure Lubricant Additives, Formulations, Base Stocks are developed to meet business objectives customer specifications.
The candidate will investigate applicability of new replacement raw materials processes inder to enhance performance minimize cost.
The candidate will be available to write Technical Papers give Technical Presentations as required at industry functions.
The candidate is expected to work in a laboratory following safety protocols utilizing project management tools.
The candidate is expected to work on multiple projects provide regular technical reports, both writtenal.
Job Highlights
• Provide technical support to Finished fluid by customers sample testing guideline suggestion
• Modification of existing Finished Fluid Formulations to meet customer requirements
• Provide qualification of new alternative raw materials
• Do know-how transfer fcomponents produced in QingDao guide quality control to QC team
• Work with Global AT on phopsphate ester evaluation used ffire resistant hydraulic oil
• Use and/development of relevant analytical methods
• Comply with all safety regulations ISO quality environmental standards; Make recommendations towards the improvement of safety environmental concerns
• Reports on project status to stake holders provides conclusions/recommendations
• Work with ISO 9001 team to finish all the related documents editing
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree higher in Chemistry a related discipline
• 3 to 5 years of experience in providing technical support
• Knowledge of lubricants their additive chemistry, including testing procedures practical applications, is highly preferred
• Strong analytical project coordination skills, excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal abilities, along with a collaborative mindset
• Outstanding time management, with the capacity to thrive in a dynamic work environment
• Highlyganized, capable of managing project tasks efficiently, able to collaborate effectively with both internal teams external clients
