岗位职责
1、开拓达人资源：在各大平台（如抖音、快手、淘宝等）上寻找并开拓符合品牌及产品调性的达人资源，建立直播及短视频合作达人资源池；
2、协调内外部资源，推动达人与品牌之间的合作落地；
3、跟进合作流程，确保项目顺利执行并达成合作目标；
4、收集整理达人数据及合作反馈，优化合作策略；
5、根据公司已有的食品品牌库产品及供应链，与达人进行短视频或直播带货合作方案。

任职要求
1、3年以上电商操盘经验，有品牌方工作经验，有MCN 机构，抖音、快手平台达人资源，关系良好，有过合作案例优先；
2、拥有食品、饮料或快消品行业电商经验，熟悉该品类的内容表达和渠道玩法；
3、擅长社交、喜欢商务沟通类业务、熟悉主流电商平台（如天猫、京东、抖音等）的运营规则与后台操作；
4、有较强的市场感知能力，敏锐的把握市场动态方向，熟悉电子商务各种宣传推广；
5、具备较强的分析能力，沟通能力及抗压能力。
