1、熟悉android App开发相关基础知识，对四大组件有一定的理解；

2、熟练掌握java基本知识，了解JVM基本原理；

3、对android的事件、控件等基础知识能够有一定的了解；

4、了解性能分析工具，有一定的性能优化经验，能分析内存、启动速度等问题；

5、了解MVP/MVVM开发模式，对客户端目前技术栈有一定的认知；

6、具备良好的团队合作精神、较好的沟通能力、高度的责任感，具有较强的抗压能力；

7、可每周保持4-5天实习期的优先。
