Job TITLE: SeniSoftware Testing Engineer
Function: Engineering/Technology


Key responsibilities include:
Lead product software verification activity, strategize testing, formulate test plans, design test frameworks processes.
Participate in evaluating software quality proposing improvement plans.
Standardize testing processes improve team efficiency.
Analyze requirements, design, execute test cases.
Review of test cases review test input documents.
Participate in technical reviews contribute to tech discussions.
Solve technical challenges in testing optimize testing methods.
Mentjunior/intermediate engineers to improve the overall ability of the team.
Other tasks from the manager.

  Quality Specific Goals:
Aware of comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, applicable laws regulations as they apply to this job type/position
Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
Identify report any quality compliance concerns take immediate corrective action as required
Ensure compliance/closure of Regulatory Quality requirements before completing Design Outputs/Program Deliverables
Participate in continuous improvement activities by supporting the implementation of process product quality improvement initiatives.
 
Qualifications/Requirements:
Graduation in science/Engineering.
At least 5 years of continuous software testing experience in a testing position at the same company.
Should have good knowledge of software testing methodology/processes and software development life cycle.
Strong in Manual testing methodologies.
Experience working well with the global team.
English skills: Reading & Writing is must, listening & Speaking is plus.
Lead software testing team project experience ability is must.
Scrum practice working experience is a plus.
