Principal responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop implement AI-driven prompt systems fvarious banking services, such as customer service, fraud detection, risk management.
Design, develop, maintain AI prompt algorithms models to ensure high performance, accuracy, reliability, leveraging LangChain fenhanced capabilities.
Conduct research on the latest AI machine learning technologies, including LangChain, apply them to improve existing systems develop new solutions.
Develop maintain documentation fAI prompt systems, including technical specifications, user guides, training materials.
Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of AI prompt systems with other banking applications infrastructure.
Monitevaluate the performance of AI prompt systems, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
Ensure that all AI prompt systems adhere to industry best practices comply with data privacy security regulations.
Provide technical support troubleshooting assistance fAI prompt systems as needed.
Continuously stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI machine learning, including LangChain, to ensure our systems remain cutting-edge competitive in the industry.
Qualifications - External
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java.
Proven experience in AI machine learning, preferably in the banking financial services industry.
Experience with natural language processing (NLP) technologies, including LangChain.
Strong problem-solving analytical skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex challenges.
Excellent communication collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical non-technical stakeholders.
A strong commitment to maintaining data privacy security standards.
