2、丰富的团队协作经验，熟练使用SVN,Git等工具。
3、3年以上Java系统设计和开发经验。具备完整的软件领域建模、架构设计能力和经验。
4、了解JVM原理，对Spring等开源框架熟悉，并能了解它的原理和机制。
5、熟悉主流DB（如postgres，oracle等）的原理，例如事务、锁的理解，并具有比较好的SQL编写及数据库优化能力。
6、熟悉分布式系统的设计和应用，熟悉分布式、缓存、消息等机制；能对分布式常用技术进行合理应用，解决问题。
7、注重代码性能及稳定性，掌握多线程及高性能的设计与编码及性能调优；有高并发应用开发经验。
8、熟悉安全、运维、可用性相关技术知识，并能运用于系统设计和开发中。具有较强的系统问题排查能力。
9、适应长期出差。
10、有半导体前道行业经验优先。
