How You Contribute:
Related to material quality management

● Participate in MD seasonal development review process to drive prevention initiatives.
● Be familiar with clearly define materials quality, policy expectations fvendors as required.
● To monitall quality aspects of material during SMS & production processes.
● Clearly communicate document all concerns potential problems. Inspect Material process to identify the cause of errors other problems defects.
● Visiting Material mills to trouble shoot ensure that there are no problems with bulk.
● Educate, train certify Suppliers factory AuditProcess; decertify as required. Initiate follow up with corrective action plan as required.
● Collecting analyse performance data charts against defined parameters.
● Manage suppliers’ quality performance: Maintain Salomon initiatives at suppliers’ level, Analyse Supplier Quality Performance information, establish timely Root Cause analysis Corrective Action.
● Train certify Suppliers materials personnel on Material 4 points inspection process requirement.
● Maintain the accuracy of data. Communicate collaborate with respective parties on negative materials quality performance trend; be familiar with same Vendor’s performance indicators.
● Communicate with initiatives to develop Prevention Systems to include Process Capability Analysis, Process Improvement, Critical Quality Specifications etc.
● Communicate any production problems / delays to MP,MD, QPM, PPP.
● Monitall non-conformities in both SMS & Bulk. Launch track action plan
● Be familiar with Amer Sports Materials Inspection Process, Third Party Testing, Standards fraw material Colprocess
● Assist in monitoring testing procedures of vendor’s certified laboratories.
Related to product quality management

● Contribute to Material Validation Green light within finish product
● Coordinate execute until buy ready stage qualification plan to secure product quality standard
● Contribute to China GB standard testing plan execution until product retail implementation
● Participate to Development P1 P2 validation.
● Evaluation risky combination between Garments accessories
● Participate to SMS review PP meeting review to secure brrequirement alignment secure handover with QPM.
● Secure with QPM, PD QC corrective action plan execution along development process at factory
● Review design development standards fcontinuous improvement recommendation
● Provide technical support to PD QPM when necessary
● Support on Root cause analysis of Claims LOCAL line the responsibility of issues

Role Qualification:

● 7~10 years working experience in the textile / apparel industry fboth woven Knits.
● Bacheldegree in textiles, manufacturing desirable a related field.
● Strong understanding of textile knowledge: including fiber, yarns, fabrication, textiles manufacturing, dying finishing, understTrim process.
● Apparel GB standard knowledge
● Must be familiar with materials testing methods appropriate interaction of lab results
● Possess strongganizational skills.
● Effective communication skills, independent motivated to meet job requirements.
● Fluent in spoken & written English & Chinese.
● Proficient computer skill in Excel, Word Power Point Outlook.
