? High CSAT scores of the ongoing projects, understand Project scope, goals and deliverables of the project including digital assets
? Coordination with team to facilitate smooth, error free and timely execution of digital projects (WeChat, iDA, e-learning, Banners)
? Single interface between Client China team and production team
? Communicate project requirements to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion by identifying and managing project deliverables and managing dependencies.
? Facilitate issue resolutions in case of escalations per defined mechanism
? Engage relevant stakeholders as and when required for operational issues
? Accountable for continuous improvement of client satisfaction
? Accountable for ensuring project tracking tool is kept up-to-date. Determine frequency and content of status reports, analyze results and trouble shoot problem areas
? Work closely with the Delivery lead for critical service requests
? Accountable for quality and on time delivery of assets to client

任职要求:
? Graduate with 1-2 years of experience
? At-least 0.5 – 1 year of experience in project management
? At-least 1 year of client facing/ handling experience.
? Prior experience in Digital Assets handling, Experience is Life Science industry is a plus
? Reading, Writing and Speaking capabilities in Chinese and English Language
