岗位职责: 1. 通过故障处理、维护保养等，保证所属设备的正常运转，满足生产需求； 2. 维护所属设备稳定性，减少工艺缺陷，提高成品率； 3. 自主改造现有设备及配套系统，设计和验证工艺相关零件，或者优化现有程式，提高设备性能，满足新工艺需求； 4. 协助工艺工程师进行工艺相关问题的数据整理，原因分析，提供解决思路，并且验证模型，解决问题； 5. 做好工艺设备的选型、安装调试，按时移交，满足产能需求； 6. 与供应商合作，提升国产设备和材料性能：合作开发和改造设备，并开发配套工艺程式，提高国产材料的生产效率； 7. 通过改善设备性能，持续提高生产效率； 8. 编写各种设备相关作业指导书，并制订培训计划，完成制造部人员培训，提高制造部作业水平； 9. 改进现有物料/零件/保养管理系统，利用大数据分析和管理库存水位，提高管理效率。任职要求: 1. 硕士及以上学历，理工科专业优先； 2. 有设备岗相关工作经历优先，优秀应届生也可考虑； 3. 接受夜班，全年白夜班轮调。两个月8个夜班，做二休二（晚八到早八），其余时间白班，上五休二。
