PPG analyst jobs (salary & requirements)

This role is to enhance sales force effectiveness drive business growth. You will act as business partner working closely with relevant business owners cross-functional teams, as well as have mindset to improve analytical methodology to assist data-driven decision making.
THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WOULD BE:
1. Review analyze various contract types by channels to well manage life cycles of contracts
2. Understcommercial operation to manage pricing
3. Calculate manage rebate service fee of projects in accordance with diversified schemes fbusiness models monitaccrual versus payout
4. Manage sales target monitperformance
5. Ensure all commercial activities strictly adhere to internal policies, legal standards regulatory requirements. Proactively identify flag potential commercial risks propose mitigation strategies
6. Collaborate with project team to data cleaning, conversion, user acceptance testing fERP migration
7. Drive pipeline health hygiene metrics business processes, efficiently managing full lifecycle of opportunities conversion
8. Develop in-depth business analysis synthesize adopting multiple sources to deep dive business dynamics value chain, as well as ensure data accuracy, maximize data visibility enhance quality
9. Participate in execution of digitalization AI-powered related projects, ensure that projects are aligned with strategy, deliver training program within timeline
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor’s degree above
2. Minimum 8 years’ working experience in sales operation, commercial/data analysis related
3. Proficiency in SAP Salesforce
4. Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, SQL other analytics & visualization tools
5. Fluent in English writtenal communication
6. Excellent business-oriented mindset problem-solving skill
7. Good team player with self-motivation ownership
