Seeking process expertise in SAP A&R
• Business role which acts as the functional expert fthe implementation of SAP A&R across large China manufacturing sites
• This role could have responsibility across multiple sites regionally expected to take both a strategic tactical view of A&R business processes S4H template management governance
• The role works closely with SAP COE China manufacture sites/ supply chain to address business process requirements, technical matters to ensure adherence to S4H template, efficient robust business processes.
• End to end SAP process integration, with A&R scope.
Key Responsibilities：
Process Management
1. Functional subject matter expert of at least two SAP modules and/process areas integrations within SAP to external applications to provide expert opinion, recommendations options. The process area is A&R.
2. Identify business processes best suited to meet customer operational requirements in highly complex manufacturing environments
3. Lead reporting reviews working with the other Process Expert to facilitate cross-functional business reports development, impact gap assessments to S4H template
Project & Change Management
1. Lead projects change management initiatives with effective risk mitigations associated with systems implementations reductant business processes
2. Collaborate with IT / SAP COE on system integrations support Systems Integration Testing (SIT)
3. Lead support operations with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including end-to-end testing
4. Test new functionality configuration changes thoroughly prito deployment to Production
5. Provide onsite training support to operations relative to SAP defined areas establishing developing other Superusers
6. Assist business to troubleshoot issues escalate Helpdesk Support tickets as required
7. Support Business Development Solution Design teams with designing business reports, enhancing expanding S4H template maintaining roadmap
Qualifications
• B-lingual Chinese English mandatory
• Mandatory SAP experience (preferrable SAP S4 Hana) as a superuser and/SAP process expert
• Mandatory experience of manufacturing / supply chain 3PL processes practices within multinational manufacturing business
• Relevant formal qualifications
• Supericommunication skills – written verbal
• Analytical an ability to challenge current process
