The AP Process Excellence Lead is a strategic hands-on role responsible fdriving process excellence across the Asia Pacific region. This role leads process governance, design, stewardship across any SAP S/4HANA stream (e.g.,der to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report), ensuring alignment with global templates business transformation goals.
The successful candidate will act as a functional expert change agent, supporting digital transformation initiatives, SAP implementations, continuous improvement projects. This role suits candidates with strong business consulting experience, cross-functional business acumen, a passion fprocess transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Process Governance & Design
- Serve as the regional process steward fSAP S/4HANA streams, ensuring adherence to global templates governance standards.
- Lead process mapping, blueprinting, gap analysis across business functions.
- Collaborate with global regional teams to design scalable, efficient, compliant business processes.
- Drive adoption of analytics automation tools (e.g., PowerBI, SAP Analytics Cloud, FIORI, RPA) to enhance decision-making operational efficiency.
- Support data governance reporting standardization across the region.
Project & Change Management
- Lead regional projects change initiatives related to SAP implementations, process redesigns, business transformations.
- Develop execute change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement, training, communication.
- Manage Systems Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment activities.
- Provide post-go-live support continuous improvement leadership.
Enterprise Growth Enablement
- Support enterprise growth strategies including business model shifts such as omni-channel integration eCommerce enablement.
- Collaborate with commercial, IT, digital teams to design implement integrated solutions across B2B B2C channels.
- Ensure SAP processes data structures support scalable digital commerce platforms, customer experience enhancements, supply chain responsiveness.
Process Stewardship & Enablement
- Act as a process owner advocate fbest practices across business units.
- Develop mentSuperusers process champions in SAP analytics tools.
- Support business development solution design teams in expanding SAP capabilities roadmap planning.
- Identify prioritize regional process improvement opportunities in collaboration with business unit leaders.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business process management, SAP implementations, digital transformation.
- Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA (superuser implementation lead) across one more streams.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, commercial operations in a multinational environment.
- Business consulting experience highly desirable.
- Experience supporting omni-channel strategies eCommerce integration preferred.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (PowerBI, SAC) automation technologies (RPA).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation skills.
- Formal qualifications in Business, IT, Engineering, related fields.
- Bilingual proficiency in English Mandarin preferred.
