Job responsibilities

1.commodity (office rental IFM service of sales cluster) strategies which provide optimum cost solutions.
2.Manage the procurement cycle from end to end of large projects from tendering supplier selection to negotiation management of commercial terms across the group.
3.Service supplier sourcing, pricing benchmarking; negotiation supplier selection.
4.Ensure that the procurement process complies with internal policies standards.
5.Support IBP on evaluation qualification of suppliers fintegrated commodities.
6.Monthly report PURA/Frame contract creation/supplier development
-制定商品（销售集群的办公室租赁及综合设施管理服务）策略，提供*优成本解决方案。
-对大型项目的采购周期进行端到端管理，涵盖从招标、供应商选择到集团范围内商业条款的谈判与管理。
-负责服务供应商寻源、价格对标、谈判以及供应商选择。
-确保采购流程符合内部政策和标准。
-在综合商品供应商的评估和资质审核方面为集成业务规划（IBP）提供支持。
-撰写月度报告、创建采购协议（PURA）/ 框架合同并进行供应商开发。

Job requirements

3.Knowledge about basic financial, Logistic, trade compliance international procurement
4.Patience to communication with cross function
5.Fluent English both in writing speaking, good commercial sense on cost analysis control
