RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE OF WORK:
Supervise the Architectural design team comprises of engineers, designers, draftsperson to perform architectural works detailed design engineering task assigned by Lead-engineer.
Supervise the team to ensure timely completion of assigned works deadlines.
Coordinate with engineers, designers, draftsperson to ensure projects meet safety functionality standards.
Review client’s project documents, such as specifications, design basis, concepts, company standards, scope of works other pertinent documents list down clarification if there’s any discrepancies in the documents.
Check the accuracy of the design documents meet the project standard client’s specifications requirements.
Interface with other discipline regarding the project.
Report directly to Lead-Engineer on interface project status.
Coordinate with assigned engineer in preparing detail design shop design drawings.
Check the drawings completed by the drafters discussed with them fthe changes Comments that need to incorporate. to produce works with quality standards.
Assist in preparing the material list / Material take-off/MR/RFQ’s / TBE’s other work-related documentation.
Assist conduct technical clarification work identify the technical deviation.
Supervise the team comprises of Engineers designers to respond to site query preparation of necessary documentation.
Assist Lead-engineer. Attends internal client’s meeting regularly as required. Conduct site inspection fsite’s technical query.
Provide technical support to procurement in evaluating the material, equipment, documentation provided by supplier, vendor, subcontractor.
Delegates duties responsibilities to team engineers designer fsmooth implementation of the project’s requirements.
Plans, develops, coordinates review subordinate’s work; MonitMaster Deliverable Register estimate manpower requirement.
Supervise architectural team to ensure quality efficiency.
To perform works assigned designated by Lead- Engineer
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Oil gas industry. Architectural Engineering works handled various projects such as EHOUSE, Control buildings, Living quarters (LQ), Refinery, LNG projects.
Familiar with different kind of fire ratings, codes, standards such as IMO, SOLAS, DNV,NORSOK, ABS etc. regulations. Fire test procedure (FTP), ISO etc. Familiar with standard architectural material requirements specifications.
