What you will do:
As SAP-Production Manager, you will be responsible fdesigning implementing complex IT systems strategies that align with theganizations goals objectives. Works closely with stakeholders to understneeds develops solutions that meet business requirements that are scalable, secure, cost-effective.
How you will do it:
● Responsible fspearheading holistic engagement of SAP COE team with APAC IT business counterparts.
● Work with business process owners local APAC IT leadership to harmonize consolidate the business processes supporting applications.
● Ensure effective liaisoning with business stakeholders in the region as well as to ensure coordination of technical work with global delivery team.
● Design, analyze & estimate of business-driven projects, coordinating project planning & demmanagement efforts with IT Business Partners
● Develop Project Plans, Resource plans, Estimates, review with business leadership, optimize provide the finalized, detailed estimates to business fproject execution.
● To manage SAP Project delivery in APAC region.
● Lead the Solution design & integration workshops fAPAC BU processes, especially in majprojects with other value stream leaders to ensure that cross value stream integration requirements are implemented in the overall design of end-to-end business processes.
● Support the design maintenance of SAP Solution Template according to business requirements, ensuring delivery of solution based on best practices ensure its continued governance.
● Ensure adherence to SAP solution architecture design governance processes. Responsible fdesign, build & test, maintaining accurate documentation throughout the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) process fthe projects executed in APAC
● Work with manage cross-functional teams to develop SAP solutions in reporting requirements, functionality, security.
● Guide work closely with the SAP DevOps teams (Application Maintenance Services) team fthe regional SAP Support needs, configuration code changes.
What we look for:
● Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, a related field.
● A minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP implementation processes.
● Demonstrated expertise in at least on of these SAP modules: FI/CO, OTC, PTF, PTP, RTR PS good understanding of the typical business processes.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements functional specifications.
● Experience in leading cross-functional teams managing multiple projects within a global enterprise.
● Excellent verbal written communication skills, with proficiency in English Mandarin as this position will require to communicate with Mandarin speaking stakeholders, clients vendors
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a focus on meeting project deadlines.
● Previous experience in a multinational corporation is highly preferred.
