岗位职责
在本岗位，你将在资深工程师的指导和公司的系统培训下，逐步承担以下工作，实现从学生到专业工程师的转变：
1、学习公司AC-DC、DC-DC、MotDriver等电源产品与应用方案，协助高级工程师收集、整理和初步分析客户的技术咨询与需求。
2、在指导下，参与相关电源IC的Demo板功能验证、基础性能测试及数据记录；协助撰写、核对和维护应用笔记、测试报告等技术文档。
3、协助应用工程师（AE）进行演示系统的搭建、基础调试及性能优化测试，在实践中学习电源系统的设计方法。
4、随同销售与资深FAE团队拜访或支持客户端，协助完成技术资料准备、基础问题排查，学习与客户的沟通技巧及实际问题解决方法。
任职要求
1、2025届或2026届应届毕业生，大专及以上学历，电力电子、电气工程、自动化、电子信息等相关专业。
2、电力电子、模电数电等专业课基础扎实。能熟练使用示波器、电源等基础实验仪器。了解开关电源基本拓扑或电机驱动原理者优先。
3、有电子设计竞赛、课程设计、项目开发等实践经历者优先。
4、学习能力强，对技术有热情。逻辑清晰，具备良好的沟通能力和团队精神。
5、责任心强，工作细致，能适应未来可能的出差安排。
