Duties Responsibilities工作职责

1.Executed end-to-end design development of Peaks new products including gas generators , LN2 Generators encompassing requirements analysis, solution design, technical drawing, documentation preparation.
负责气体发生器、液氮发生器等公司新产品的全流程设计开发，包括需求分析、方案设计、图纸绘制及技术文档编制等；

2.Lead project, including design / redesign, formulated executed product development plans, coordinated workflow within development teams, ensured timely progression of product development.
主导所有设计开发项目，制定并实施产品研发计划，协调开发团队的工作进程，确保产品开发进度顺利进行；

3.Formulated technical strategies development directions fproduct development based on market demands competitive landscape
根据市场需求和竞争状况，制定产品开发的技术战略和发展方向；

4.Collaborated with other departments to gather customer feedback market trends, implementing product improvements optimizations accordingly
与其他部门协作，了解客户反馈和市场趋势，并据此对产品进行改进和优化；

5.Oversaw prototype testing, trial production, small-batch manufacturing to ensure product quality manufacturing efficiency
负责产品的样机测试、试制、小批量生产等过程，确保产品的质量和制造效率；

6.Conducted debugging, tracking, fault analysis, optimized product designs
对产品进行调试跟踪、故障分析及优化设计；

Skills Qualifications岗位要求

1.Bachelors degree above in Mechanical Design, Materials Engineering, Electronic Engineering related fields
全日制本科及以上学历，机械设计、材料工程、电子工程等相关专业背景；

2.At least 5 years of instrument equipment design experience, with preference fcandidates possessing laboratory analytical instrument design background
五年以上仪器设备设计经验，实验室分析仪器设计背景者。

3.Proficient in at least one engineering design software, with SolidWorks expertise being particularly advantageous
熟悉一种以上工程类设计软件，SolidWorks熟练者优先；

4.Knowledge of Nitrogen Hydrogen gas generation using Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA), Nitrogen Membrane Hydrogen Cell technologies would be beneficial.
具备氮气/氢气制备相关知识者更佳

5.Good communicatboth verbally written
